My name is Tom Watson. As a former UFC athlete, multiple-time MMA world champion, and men’s health cover model I figured I knew physical and mental performance better than most. I had spent two decades working with the best athletic performance and mental coaches worldwide yet I still was perplexed by Job’s quote. How exactly would I spend my last day?
We tell ourselves we would choose a day spent with family creating joyful memories but is this really what makes us happy and productive? Should we spend our last complete 24 hours purely with family?
I looked around for answers and found business helped me reframe the answer effectively. Successful Companies are much clearer at breaking down and analyzing all areas related to performance and timed activity. I set a period of 5 years dedicated to studying human performance for health and paired this with business concepts and performance goals.
My KongDay system is not only my work but the culmination of hundreds of years of extensive research within this field. I am not a business or life coach who has attended a monthly certification. I have personally tested and invested my whole life to performance and despite long holding a university master's degree in peak performance, my own journey will never stop in my quest for learning more.
I have produced and analyzed extensive research to unravel habits and daily actions required to create a meaningful last day of living.
